In-store ‘estimates’ are supplied at no cost to the customer . |

b) |
Quotations require an in-home inspection and detailed costing, as all quotes are final.
The information we supply as part of the quotation process is of value to the customer whether we supply the product or not. As such, we charge a $ 50.00 fee for quotes. This fee is fully refundable if Energy Options secures the job. |

| Delivery Fees: (Set-up of the gas/wood stove is not included in the delivery fee) |
| |
a) |
Delivery is included whenever Energy Options is contracted for the full installation. |
| |
b) |
A $100.00 delivery charge will be applied to any wood, gas or electric fireplace or comparable product, delivered within a 60 mile (96 klm) radius of Renfrew.
Note: electric fireplaces will also be set-up as part of this fee. |

c) |
Any wood, gas, electric fireplace or comparable product, delivered beyond 60 miles (96 klm) will be subject to a quote. |
| |

| Removal Fees for Existing Stoves or Fireplaces: |
| |
a) |
We encourage customers to arrange for the removal of the existing stove or fireplace prior to our arrival with the new unit. |
| |
b) |
If Energy Options is asked to remove an existing unit to a location on the customer’s property, a $150.00 fee will apply. |
| |
c) |
If Energy Options is asked to remove an existing unit from the home and property, a $200.00 fee will apply. |
| |

|
| Freight Fees: |
| |
a) |
Any wood, gas, electric fireplace or barbeque that is ordered in time to meet our normal delivery schedule (bi-weekly) will not be subject to any freight charges. |
| |
b) |
Any wood, gas, electric fireplace or barbeque that is ordered on a rush basis will be subject to a freight charge. |
| |
c) |
Freight charges will always apply to solar, wind and micro hydro products. |
| |

All efforts will be taken to ensure the most cost-effective method of transportation. |
