Services

System Consultations:

Our trained staff will visit your home or meet you at our store to review your fireplace or renewable energy needs.  In the case of home consultations there will be a charge that is generally credited against future purchases.

Plumbing & Electrical:

Any labour that is performed by Energy Options is done so with certified tradespeople.

W.E.T.T. Certifications:

We perform complete on-site investigations of existing wood stoves, fireplaces and chimneys to determine building code compliance.  A certificate is issued in cases of full compliance and can be used for insurance purposes.

Building Permits:

It is the responsibility of the client to arrange for the necessary building permits.

Installations:

At the customers’ request, we will install any of the products we sell.  Certain aspects of the job will be subcontracted to qualified tradespeople. 

Follow-up Service:

Warranty work and annual maintenance is available from Energy Options

Site Assessments:

Renewable energy systems are complex and costly.  It is important to gather the proper information prior to purchasing the equipment.  Energy Options will visit your proposed site and help develop the over-all plan.  There is an hourly fee for this service and in return, the client receives a working document that will guide the purchase transaction.

Financing:

Payments for any products can be made in the following manner:

a)  Interac or Cash
b)  Credit Card
c)  GE Money -  six months no interest / no principle
d)  Lease Plan -  3 Year lease-to-buy
e)  Bank Loan -  BMO (Bank of Montreal)
